Upon booking, you will be sent a contract where payment can be added ($160). This payment is non-refundable and covers a hair or makeup trial and administration fees. For brides receiving hair and makeup, $90 will be due at the trial for the other portion of the trial. Any other balance will be due on your date of service.

We are available for travel! We will travel for free within 20 miles of out location in downtown Columbus. Each mile thereafter will be charged at $2/mile round trip. Additionally, if there are parking or valet fees that are not comped by your venue - those charges will be added to your bill.

For weddings requiring 5 stylists or more (23 service & up), need to be paid in one payment (by the bride, parent, etc.) and 20% gratuity will automatically be added to the total. This is to help everything run more smoothly on the wedding day.

All of out services are priced a la carte, so each member of your party can choose which services are best for them. We do not offer discounts for larger parties.

Absolutely! We offer a discount of 10% for military personnel with proof of service (valid for individual only)

It is an industry standard to allot at least 40 minutes per service. We schedule an additional 5 minutes for cleaning and consultation and 30 minutes of flex time for setup/cleanup and any finishing touches. We provide 1 stylist for 5 services or less, 2 stylists for 6-13 services, 3 stylists for 14 - 18 services, and 4 stylists for 19 - 22 services.

For example: If you have 4 people getting both hair and makeup we would schedule 3.5 hours. 4 people = 8 services of 45 minutes each (6 hours/2 stylists = 3 hours) +30 minutes flex time = 3.5 hours total

You may choose to add an extra stylist to save time. There will be a fee of $40/hr for each additional stylist.

WE ALSO INCLUDE A 10 MINUTE BREAK FOR OUR STYLISTS WHEN GETTING A BRIDAL PARTY READY THAT TAKES 4 HOURS OR MORE.

We use all cruelty-free (not tested on animals) makeup and hair styling products. We use prestige level cosmetics from brands like Tarte, Too Faced, Urban Decay, Pacifica, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Smashbox, NYX and more. We have all natural, gluten-free and vegan products available for use.

All of our products are hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, fragrance-free and ophthalmologist tested. If you have specific skin conditions or additional concerns, you will be asked to notify your stylist before your service and any necessary accommodations will be made.

Your health and safety are a top priority. We adhere to standards set in place by Ohio revised code: Chapter 4713-15. We use disposable applicators when necessary and sanitize all tools with hygienic solutions between clients. All stylists will have undergone training/certification in communicable disease and blood-born pathogen prevention and control.

We can style most *real hair* extensions. Fake hair extensions may melt when heat is applied, so if looking at getting extensions we highly recommend real hair. We can install your clip-in or halo extensions and installation and/or styling is $25. You should have them custom cut and colored by your regular hair stylist prior to installation. If you do not have a regular stylist, we can set you up with one at Vow Salon + Studio where we do our trials.

Yes! Tattoo coverup begins at $100 and requires a consultation before a final quote can be made. Tattoo coverup will require at minimum and additional 30 minutes to complete.
