Yes. We require a total of 6 services on the wedding day and the bridal hair and/or makeup goes toward this service minimum.

*Bride is not required to pay for these additional services. They are only required to have enough bridal party members wanting services to reach the minimum.

*We have a $200 fee if minimum is not met

*Weddings with no bride (bridal party only) have a 10 service minimum.

To book, we will sent you a contract & retainer ($200), which can be completed electronically . This retainer is non-refundable and covers either a hair or makeup trial. For brides receiving both hair and makeup, $149 will be due at the trial ($349 total for hair and makeup trial).

Bridal day of services are paid on the wedding day with credit card or cash, once all services are completed.

*Bridal party services can be paid for individually on the day of the wedding in cash or credit card.

*Brides can prepay for services if they desired via an invoice. 20% gratuity is added to all prepaid services.

We are available for travel! Travel is free within 20 miles of our location in downtown Columbus. Each mile thereafter will be charged at $2/mile round trip.

Additionally, if there is no free parking on location we require parking reimbursement, which is added to your final bill.

For weddings requiring 5 stylists or more (25 day of services or more), we require these to be prepaid in one payment (by the bride, parent, etc.) and 20% gratuity will automatically be added to the total. This is to help everything run more smoothly on the wedding day.

We do not offer discounts for larger parties. However, we do add additional stylists to keep the getting ready time under 5 hours with no additional fee. This is an added bonus for large parties.

Absolutely! We offer a discount of 10% for military personnel with proof of service (valid for individual only)

It is an industry standard to allot at least 40 minutes per service. We schedule an additional 5 minutes for cleaning and consultation and 30 minutes of flex time for setup/cleanup and any finishing touches.

We provide stylists to keep the getting ready time under 5 hours for no additional fee.

• 1 stylists for weddings with 5 or less services

• 2 stylists for wedding with 6-13 services

• 3 stylists for weddings with 14 - 18 services

• 4 stylists for weddings with 19 - 24 services

• 5 stylists for weddings with 25 or more services

You may choose to add an extra stylist to save time/ bring the getting time down farther. There will be a fee of $40/hr for each additional stylists added on top of the ones we will already provide for your services count.

We use all cruelty-free (not tested on animals) makeup and hair styling products. Prestige level cosmetics from brands like Tarte, Too Faced, Urban Decay, Pacifica, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Smashbox, NYX and more. We also have all natural, gluten-free and vegan products available for use.

All of our products are hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, fragrance-free and ophthalmologist tested. If you have specific skin conditions or additional concerns, you will be asked to notify your stylist before your service and any necessary accommodations will be made.

Your health and safety are a top priority. We adhere to standards set in place by Ohio revised code: Chapter 4713-15. We use disposable applicators when necessary and sanitize all tools with hygienic solutions between clients. All stylists will have undergone training/certification in communicable disease and blood-born pathogen prevention and control.

We can style most *real hair* extensions. Fake hair extensions may melt when heat is applied, so if looking at getting extensions we highly recommend real hair. We can install your clip-in or halo extensions ($25 fee for installation and/or styling). You should have them custom cut and colored by your regular hair stylist prior to installation. If you do not have a regular stylist, we can set you up with one at Vow Salon + Studio where we do our trials.

Yes! Tattoo coverup begins at $100 and requires a consultation before a final quote can be made. Tattoo coverup will require at minimum and additional 30 minutes to complete.
